I know this isn’t job related but I googled to see if I have to sign this in order to not continue my current lease and I have found no answers.
I absolutely cannot stay at this apartment any longer they have terrible reviews and are a major money scam and there’s a list of reasons I want to move. All of their reviews say that the tenant has cleaned even hired a cleaner and they still charged them from damages. I don’t want to be screwed over so do I have to sign this in order to move? Why would anyone be charged for pet reasons or a carpet cleaning fee isn’t that what the deposit is for?
