My personal opinion is that, no job is ever going to give you a 2 week notice if they fire you. Their more likely to fire you after a shift too. To make sure they get the most labor and work out of you before they cut you off.
Why should we be expected to give them notice we’re quitting so that they can find someone to replace us, when they can turn around a fire us out of nowhere with no warning or notice given to us to start looking for other employment.
But I’m curious to see what a group of people anti work think about putting in a 2 week notice to jobs.
