I just had an interview that was so cringeworthy. The manager boasted about how they fire people left and right if they aren’t friends with the group, and told me how she just fired a girl who had been with them for two years because “she had personal things distracting her.” She also told me benefits don’t kick in for a year. What is even the point of working there? I immediately messaged them back stating I wouldn’t like to continue with a second interview, and told them my work wouldn’t have been appreciated there. What is with employers these days?
