What kind of email?

I don't know if this is the sub for this. My last post I showed a sketchy/awful document for me to sign basically giving my privacy away in a ridiculous way, HOWEVER that same company I went to that I had the interview at for a supervisor role is a weird “sister property” of where I am currently at (without the sketchiness, that I know of for now) Long story short I went to my HR like the interviewer suggested, to get a better pay or that he was open to taking me in. I got told to by my HR to “Go back to your pod” in a “joking” manner. I said I was serious. She leaned in and stopped laughing and said she would give me an answer by next week. I don't know if this is the sub for this. My last post I showed a sketchy/awful document for me to sign basically giving my privacy away in a ridiculous way, HOWEVER that same company I went to that I had the interview at for a supervisor role is a weird “sister property” of where I am currently at (without the sketchiness, that I know of for now)

Long story short I went to my HR like the interviewer suggested, to get a better pay or that he was open to taking me in. I got told to by my HR to “Go back to your pod” in a “joking” manner. I said I was serious. She leaned in and stopped laughing and said she would give me an answer by next week.

I then went to my boss and told her all the info above. I told her as well that this is yes about money. She did say I have the most potential here and has floated having me go even higher up the chain.

I personally don't care. I want more money for doing a job I am qualified for and have been doing. I have been told the old adage “You gotta do the job, before you get the job” Which I think is just a way to squeeze more out of people, but not pay more.

She then told me to email her what I want and my intentions for the company and have no clue what tf to write bc I just said what I wanted. So what do I write her?
