I (hourly Union worker) volunteered to be on the hiring committee for my new boss (salaried, non Union). My employer gives us a set of questions to ask candidates but we are also allowed to ask our own after. Just wondering what Antiwork would ask a prospective new boss.
Also, because I'm Union a lot of work-related stuff is in my contract so there's plenty my boss doesn't have any real control of, at least until its time to negotiate a new contract. And if it matters the job is Plant Manager for a small power plant at a Big 10 university.
