Quite a while ago when I was in high-school my mom told me that no one wanted to work. A few years later and she still complains that it was the Covid stimulus that caused people to quit their jobs.
About a week ago, I woke up to my grandma watching her morning news and they were talking about how employees are quiting to find jobs that “appreciate” them more.
Examples of such appreciation is gifts like pizza or candy and words of encouragement like cards or posters.
I'm starting to sense a pattern. Anyone else have any convenient excuses they've heard about people not wanting to work?
