This week 1 of our team member is on vacation and we are already short handed, I'm currently just in trial contract (it's called stage in Italy) and I'm not even paid for my 39hrs x week, told that i have a commitment to the HR on Friday he then replied me that i should not be absent for the amount of work that we're currently in. Personally i think that it's not my problem if you don't hire enough people, this week i worked my ass for literally nothing more than “learn the job” and… man idk if this should be even legal its fuckin slavery my mental health is at risk i can feel it
