Based on a post I saw a while ago where the OP declined taking a drug test and still got the job. Companies aren't paying enough to keep workers, much less to require us remain drug free on personal time. IMHO, there should be a second, much higher minimum wage if the company gets to ask for a drug free employee, say, $30-45 /hr for just being a body behind a cash register based on federal minimum wage currently being ~$7
This doesn't take into account that the federal minimum wage should be more than double of what it is
