What to do when work advertise flexible schedule but doesn’t do it

I’m a full time college student who works “part-time” at an airport for a business as a sales associate. When I stumble upon the job it was stated that it was flexible in its handling of schedules ideal for someone like me. After working here for 4 months I was deny work for only weekends and now I’m struggling bad in school. As of right now my group’s store has very limited workers to fill shifts due to 3 people leaving/moving to other sectors of the airport. Resulting in a tight schedule, I don’t know what to do, if I work only 2 days then the team will have a hard time but if I stay I’ll have a hard time in school. On top of that I was told I can’t study at work despite the fact that customers are not coming in at a consistent rate. What do…
