I might be publishing articles for an organization to inform people what legal rights they have as employees. For example, a lot of people don’t even know they can (and should) discuss wages with coworkers. Mostly I’m trying to provide information to encourage self-advocacy (I don’t think we should have to self-advocate for the basics, but that’s the writing goal for now). What else do you want employees to know?
