Currently working here with two others. (A)One who started recently same time as me would consider work friend (B) One who has been here a few years is grumpy.
So A/B don’t get on very well.
We cover each other’s breaks we are supposed to get 45 min breaks each.
So B goes first then me then A. Today A asked me if I can cut down my break to 30 mins because B is taking 1 hour breaks meaning A has to go break late. I did however A then took 50+ minutes.
When initially discussing breaks A agreed to go last break and has never complained until today.
I’m not a confrontational type person I’m just here to do the job and go home but I feel it’s unfair on me why I’m being dragged into their mess.
How would you deal with this ?
