What’s the point of this place if people don’t start a revolution?

Every time I see someone mention that maybe something should be done, people here answer that it's impossiblr and that the middle class is doomed anyways…which basically means that this is just a place to rant, and that nothing constructive or helpful in life is going to come out of this. In other words: we're all coping with how terrible life is, but we're going to be victims until we die? Is that all there is to it? Is that the end of it? How depressing.
