When did the idea begin that it was the employee's job to find a replacement if one is sick or has an urgent need? I understand on the routine level, that makes sense, if I'm scheduled and I want to take a day off for some other reason, I would find a replacement. But for illness etc, that seems just insane and should be illegal.
