So Anyone who seems to legit care about their workers and such or even offer me something better obviously not.
I'm talking about the interviews that are like
“Can you explain the gap in your resume?”
“Can You tell me your biggest weakness”?
“Why do you want this job?
when they say do you have any questions for me
Can you explain the gap in this postion?
Can you tell me the companies biggest weakness?
Why do you want Me to fill this position?
If your uncomfortable with these questions being asked to you why do you ask them to everyone else who walks in the door?
or
If you think these questions are disrespectful to you then why are you being disrespectful to your interviewees?
Just something I have always thought of doing. but never followed through on yet.
I don't know maybe it would ruin future employment maybe?
