Word of advice, don't tell someone who has literally EXCELLED at Customer Service for the last DECADE that he could be better because “everyone can be better.”
Nobody matches my positivity.
Nobody matches my drive.
Nobody matches my people skills and my customer service.
Thanks for saying what you did, because even with these brain defects, I have still proved myself and everybody else wrong my entire life. I grew up missing part of my brain, and another part of it deformed. So what I've accomplished in my life is bigger than anything you will ever expect of me.
I've been told by countless managers to never change who I am, won employee of the month last month, so don't tell me MY customer service can be better. Ever.
