When you were 24, what was your job or position in your office?

I (24f) live in a Southeast Asia country. People in my country believe that people in their quarter of life should have a well-paid job or even marry someone. But for me, in my 24, I don't think I am I do my best in my career. I wonder how it is in Western countries. When do you reach your considerably best position in your job?
