Where is the meme about employers making employees feel like it’s their responsibility to get shifts covered?

I remember seeing a meme recently, maybe on fb from Howie Hawkins Dank Meme Stash but wondering if anyone has it or knows the info about it – it was something about employees hiring less people than needed so that they feel responsible for the success of the company or something? And so they feel like they’re heroes for working when they shouldn’t, or for getting a shift covered, or covering someone else’s shift? I just feel like it should only be the employer’s job to do that and I feel anger because people I know are unable to do things they want because they “had to work” when I know they work at Wal-Mart.
