So as I’m giving my 2 week notice to my bosses boss because my boss said it was respectful. Whatever just get me the eff out of here right? So when I’m giving him notice he tells me my position merits a one month notice not a two week notice. The other thing he said was about how if I wanted to climb the ranks I would eventually have to find a company I can be loyal to. So 1. I know a one month notice is all benefit for the organization and all risk for the employee. 2. If this is true where should loyalty rank when choosing to stay or leave an organization?
