Where to Report PPP Fraud

Basically the title. I am applying for jobs and am seeing a TON of postings for jobs that require at least a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience while paying $10/hour or even less. Now, obviously this isn’t a real posting and is just a way for the company to make sure they don’t have to pay back their PPP loans so I was wondering to whom I should report this. I am thinking the FBI, but if anyone has any other thoughts let me know. And for those that are interested, the PPP “loans” have an exception written into them where companies can use them however they like (mainly, executive compensation), but only IF they used the money to try to expand their amount of employees first. And for those that are interested, the PPP “loans” have an exception written into them where companies can use them however they like (mainly, executive compensation), but only IF they used the money to try to expand their amount of employees first. So companies make an advertisement with ridiculously low compensation compared to the posted requirements and when no one applies they can then use that as “evidence” that they tried to expand their employees.

Now, these companies can take the millions that the government “loaned” to them under the pretense that they use it to pay people to get back to work, and hand it to their CEO, and when the government comes looking for a pay back because they didn’t use it to hire new employees they can say, “we tried to hire more people, but no one wants to work.”

This is the largest wealth redistribution in United States history, and I feel like no one is talking about it. There’s not much we can do, but I plan on reporting every single one of these businesses I can find for fraud and I’d recommend you do the same.

Does anyone know where these complains should be directed if not to the FBI?
