Sure, show me a graphic about how saving for retirement between age 20-30 will get you more money than if you wait to start saving until after age 30. Let me tell you about all the shit jobs I had between age 20-30, about my declining mental health and how I wanted to kill myself every couple years. Let’s talk about how I never had extra cash to save until a few years ago. I don’t anymore though, shit’s too expensive again.
Now a graphic saying at age 30 you should have 50% of your salary saved up. I can tell you right now I haven’t met that milestone. I’ve only heard MY ENTIRE LIFE about how social security will be non-existent by the time I’m old. My retirement plan is to end it all once I’m too poor to have a comfortable life.
