I feel like all my life, I see corporate make mind boggling bad decisions, yet I don't ever see anything come from it.
For instance, multi billionaire company pushed out a location manager. They were sued and had to settle for quite a lot of money. Almost 2 years later, the location which had 5 years worth of contractual work at the time of firing, is struggling for business. Now they are having to close down the location.
So, why is it the people who made those decisions are still employed with their titles entact? But some hourly employee shows up 5 minutes late a few times in a week and they are shit canned and detrimental to the business for the inability to be on time.
