who works as a software dev, and hates their job because of poor agile workflow ?

I'm a lead developer for my company, and it just seems that the amount of tasks/tickets I get grow each and everyday. Their is no true sprint planning, we just get tasks that get rolled over to next sprint. Instead of having 3-4 tasks that is achievable and reasonable. We have a mountain of tasks to do, we do the critical and high tickets first, but if another important critical issue comes up, we have to drop what we are doing to fix that “important” issue I'm starting to think the company I work for is not practicing agile the right way. Our work is never truly appreciated, the quicker we fix the bugs, the more work we get. It's been like this for years now, and I'm considering resigning.
