“Today I got blindsided and was let go from my company after years of hard work and grueling determination. By no fault of my own, the company mismanaged its money and huge influx of cash during the pandemic. Instead of lowering bonuses or cutting the salary of C-suite – I am being let go.”

Can we please get rid of the trend of being “grateful” to our employer for letting us go and instead shame them?!
