Hi there, I've been following this reddit for quite some time, all the problems here for me seems quite simple to solve by just joining or starting a union? I mean.. the next poor smuck will still have to “endure” what you had to endure. Seems most here are from America? I just don't get it why you don't form a group and use that leverage instead? Worked / working quite well in Sweden.
