How would you respond to a supervisor that is all surprised pikachu face when I drop the ball while we are understaffed and our work keeps expanding? I don’t know how many times I’ve told him I’m overwhelmed and will miss things.
I work as a case manager for a government funded social program if that changes things. As my mistakes effect people desperate need of assistance. One persons file takes me about 5 hours to finish all the paperwork and it’s impossible.
I do honestly like my job and want this to work, I just need boundaries.
How I fight the system is I just make everyone eligible, as if we have to live in this shit hole system the least the government can do is pay for schooling for people to get better jobs.
