Luckily for me I don't work at a place like this. But I hate it when managers or corporate make a job more than what it is. But lately when I watch Joshua Fluke's YouTube channel about corporate cringe. I see a lot of places will try to force fun onto other employees. For example, they would take them out to the bar to go for a drink after work hours, make them do childish team-building activities, or even go camping with your boss. Going camping sounds fun, but not with your boss. I just want a job where I go for 8 hours and I get to go home. I very much value my time outside of work and don't want to stay at work anymore than what I have to.
