They all have the same shitty work ethic and treat everyone below them like garbage. They don't seem to have any basic skill of managing a team and providing coverage for their department – instead demanding that they work when they are sick and putting the responsibility on the employees to find coverage instead of managing it themselves.
I just want to know why these are the people that get chosen to be managers. They do more harm to the business by making poor decisions and making everyone unhappy which leads to resignations. Do they not realise how shitty they are? Or do they just don't care?
