There was definite animosity coming from one of my bosses during my last few weeks there. When I told his assistant I was gonna be quitting she even said “oh he's gonna be mad.” And I've noticed many other people here have experienced this. Is it entitlement? Do they feel they're owed something? Are they taking it personal? It's just weird how you can do so right by someone but when you quit they hate you.
