Just started job hunting here and frustrated by the fact that so far all the job adverts don't have a salary listed. As I'm new to the country I was hoping to get an idea of the kind of wage I could expect from the roles I'm roles interested in, so I feel a bit out of my depth now!
It's much less common in the UK (where I've moved from) and is generally seen as bad recruitment practice. They'll always at least be a salary range or “salary starts at XX”.
Interested to hear people's thoughts and any advice on how to navigate the U.S job market – thanks!
