I applied for this job in Connecticut and said I was willing to relocate on their questtionaire, but when they reached out to me for an interview I told them I could do zoom, and they said no. They wanted me to travel and spend my money for a job I might not get. No wonder they are having staffing issues. Either do a zoom interview or pay my travel costs! Luckily I'm in a position where I can afford my needs.
