I’ll give a tldr:
I got sworn in by the army at Meps (military entrance process station) and it’s a 2 day process, they give me a hotel, drug test me, I take the oath etc
They gave me a memo and an email saying “give this to your employer and they will cooperate”
Well boss man didn’t cooperate, I explained everything and he said he doesn’t give a shit it’s not a good enough excuse and find someone to come in,
I explained I don’t know anybody it’s my second week he said it’s not his problem,
I asked does he want the memo and he doesn’t he said he doesn’t want to talk to the army, started cursing at me and said, and said “they don’t work here” and hung up and me
Like wtf?? What am I suppose to do
I called ahead of time and my job is refusing to work with me
