What's the point of having someone close every day besides one, where they have to open at 7/8am instead. JUST HAVE PEOPLE WHO CLOSE AND PEOPLE WHO OPEN.
They act like we are robots that can just turn off and recharge as long as we have exactly 8/9 hours in-between shifts.
It fucks over everyone. Including the company because I'm either gonna call in so I can get some sleep or I'm gonna be tired af and not get anything done.
But when you ask about scheduling in job interviews they look at you like you're insane for not wanting to have a schedule that's all over the place???
It baffles me that it works this way and for the most part people just accept it.
