So I am NZ based and am lucky enough to work for an organisation that adopts flexible working arrangement, meaning that I work from home 2 days a week. A lot of my friends however have been asked to return to their office full time – and my question is why? The technology is there and I would like to think that most of us are disciplined enough to work unsupervised. As far as I am concerned this only serves to satisfy management that still live in the stone age, and keeping the landlords in business.
