I know in Germany monitoring employees working from home is either illegal or highly frowned upon. But quite a few remote companies will do this and track their employees while working remote. I mean, so what if an employee can get their work done in 2 hours and have the rest of the time to play video games or watch Netflix. As long as employees are getting their work done that should be all that matters. Why is remote monitoring still allowed?
