I had on over the phone interview 2 weeks prior and the manager said i was gonna meet other supervisors over zoom.
The interview time comes. I was so stressed and worried and wanted really to get the job and practiced interview questions. The interview starts and there is only the manager i spoke with and one other supervisor, no supervisors. The same manger asked me the same 2 question i answered over the phone. “Why do you want to join us and speak about your work history”. Then they asked me if i had any questions for them. They other supervisor just sat there quietly till the manager pushed them to ask. The interview that was supposed to be 30min ended in 10 min. Most of it me asking them to show that i have interest.
Like they at least could act like they were are interested. Ask some more questions. The fucking situational questions i practiced for. I could see in their eyes they were just doing the interview because they scheduled it. I could clearly see that i was not gonna be hired. they could have sent me a fucking rejection email and cancel the interview so i don't stress myself about it and sweat about it.
i was so upset that when I wished them a good day, i just closed the laptop and ended meeting while they were responding. Fuck being professional!
Why do they do that?
