I heard from a friend that still works in my old department that the manager has put two people in the program that I used to manage.
I ran that program by myself for 5 years. Started it up and it ran in autopilot because of processes I created. I left the company because they won’t promote me to manager despite being the only SME and can’t seem to get internal job interviews, even on the ones I am qualified for (yeah, very sketch).
Now, they would have a Senior manager and a senior consultant to run the program. What the f$&@?
I hate corporate America!
