So my wife has 2 jobs, very proud. One is a part time at Red Robin which I never thought was very worth it but I support her. Well she was out sick due to covid. They removed her from the schedule. She just got an email saying “we are sad you left the team.” We think this is stupid but she also isn't totally bummed cause her primary full time job is pretty nice. Not like she could get unemployment. Should we bother to do anything here? Besides noting this on the survey which may do nothing?
Even though we kinda don't care, it's pretty ridiculous right? I feel bad for anyone who relies on these kinds of jobs as they are so unreliable.
