Wife was fired today for discussing wages at work

My wife recently got a new job at a local business in town, she had only worked there for a few weeks. Other than herself and the boss, only a couple other workers were employed at the store and they didn't work together frequently. Today she was working with one of her co-workers and the co-worker brought up the fact she made $14 an hour. My wife mentioned to her that she had been hired at $15 an hour and also the fact that the co-worker was making under minimum wage (Washington state minimum wage law is $14.49 an hour). Today she was working with one of her co-workers and the co-worker brought up the fact she made $14 an hour. My wife mentioned to her that she had been hired at $15 an hour and also the fact that the co-worker was making under minimum wage (Washington state minimum wage law is $14.49 an hour). The co-worker had asked for a raise previously but the boss said no. When the co-worker brought this up to the boss my wife was fired on the spot for discussing wages at work.

I know there is a complaint form we can file to the Washington State Labor and Industries here: https://lni.wa.gov/workers-rights/wages/equal-pay-opportunities-act/#:~:text=Employers%20cannot%20prohibit%20employees%20from,agreements%20for%20employees%20are%20prohibited.

Is there anything else we should do? I know getting corroboration by the co-worker is important but the co-worker was not let go and I don't want to see her lose her income.
