Will be likely written up and in the process Exercising my (potential) rights as an employee

I left a two page note on my side work duties page and it has caused an uproar at my work and it has now involved HR (could be good or bad) and no one has spoken to me about it… However, I’m typing a statement detailing some things that I will be putting into my write up/report and just because I am a tad crazy, I want to include several points in the Mississippi labor law that will drive my point home for several situations with one being we have a racist, homophobic, ableist shift supervisor and the other two out of three shifts are not keeping up with their side work duties and my shift has to pick up the slack.. I have planned to quit this job next month but I honestly have a heart for my coworkers who are scared to stand up to these people…

If I so happen to get fired, I want to go down at least making sure they are being treated fairly..

With that said, am I theoretically protected under a whistleblower?
