I'm so sick of being micro managed and expected to work overtime because they are short staffed. I already work side gigs, they knew that when I started. Hire more people, pay a decent wage but, don't force those who come in everyday, work hard, never call out to pick up extra shifts. We all have lives. If it weren't for health care I'd be gone.
