I've heard stories of people having to travel 1+hrs either way for their job, which is absolutely insane to me. Most time I've spent is 45 mins one way, and that's bad enough. Obviously a significant portion of jobs could never be work from home, but those that can should be able to, and if required to come in to office there should be compensation for that – as well as every sector that requires commuting to work. Your wage in commuting time, or hell even a portion to start.
