My friend is applying to work from home because she’s become disabled. They are holding off and making it hard her because their Covid policy says people must now return to work.
I need help with the right wording… something about how they are being “indiscriminate” in applying their policy.
You know how employers can basically choose to be overly strict with policy, in a way kind of bullying people really.
All policies should be applied with discretion in terms of the needs of each situation, especially disability. She is pretty solidly covered by the disability act in our country too but all these hurdles the company is putting up is equal to harassment if you ask me!
Can anyone help with smarter wording around “indiscriminate application of policy equates to discrimination against disabled people”
