Just quit my job after three days at an assembly line type job. Since I started, I have had phenomenal performance working as fast as people who have been there for months.
I received ZERO feedback on how well I was working, no managers spoke to me, except for one who was watching me for a while and I thought they were gonna say SOMETHING ANYTHING good about me. The only thing I was told?
