Work advice

I’ve been working as a tech for 5 years ( including my externship) I worked 4 years with cvs, an integrative medical site and now a compounding pharmacy. I was at medical site for 6 months. I was not comfortable with the way things were done but enjoyed my coworker and the time flexibility I had but the pay was not enough. I joined the compounding lab and I’m on my second month. I had to call out a couple weeks ago for a family emergency and was met by the pharmacist saying “ you need to be her everyday. I need someone who’s reliable.” Then proceeded to tell me to schedule around the two slowest days from the work week. Another thing she brought up was clocking in and out of work 5 mins early.
The handbook stated work starts 10 mins before opening.
Her ( pharmacist/ owner) daughters friend works with us and told me I’m pretty much setting a bad example for her because the girl is young and doesn’t know better but to clock out early now since she saw me do it. Mind you she arrives 10+ mins late DAILY.
She straight up tells me this colleague can do whatever she wants because she’s the friends daughter
I asked to leave early a day of out this week and I got a yes.
Today I asked if it was possible to leave at my 5th or 6th hour without lunch ( like I’ve done at my previous jobs/ need to drive across town to get something ) and she said “ that’s not how it works. I need to know you’ll be here daily and you’re reliable”
I’m so annoyed at the constant reminder to be here every day and be reliable. If missing one day of work and asking to leave early one day is a deal breaker for her I wish she would just tell me we’re not a good fit. Also this new pharmacy is insanely slow. I sit and pretend to work more than half of the day. I missing filling rxs. My new job consists of calling mds and pts for refills. Sometimes the same ppl DAILY! I feel like I’m harassing them sometimes
Am I being to picky with my jobs?
Should I stick this place out and wait?
I feel like my resume is going to look bad if I keep leaving jobs.
Any recommendations for good trades are appreciated. I’m thinking of going back to school for something less than 2 yrs.
