So I've posted in here before because my work held a meeting bragging about profits whilst not increasing wages but workload increased.
Since then my work has had several staff quit, and my job is basically to cover people who aren't in so over the past few weeks this has increased dramatically.
I know I should quit and I have interviews lined up, but I also want to be compensated for the huge amounts of extra work I've done. It's honestly been so stressful it's affected my mental health, I've had to book in with my GP because I'm so worn out.
I know how corporate works so I'll probably get nothing, but I'd love advice on the best way to approach it to maybe get something just because I know I fully deserve it. (Ps I know I should have quit on the spot but I can't afford to do that without a job lined up straight away).
