So there has been a lot of work drama from salesman who make their own rules, to people constantly calling asking statuses on job when I have given time frame. Now I have a fellow employee who's cubicle is next to mine who constantly brings up drama and says we should quit but when i mention to him about leave he goes it isn't that bad, or you don't want to do that. It's like seriously how two faced are you. I am thinking I just need to start over fresh and just be my own boss like I have been slowly doing since 1.5 years ago.
