When I started for the company I was given my company shirt and jacket no charge, needed it to do the job. New employees are being told they must now pony up $50 for the company’s shirt and jacket. They make minimum wage. Is this legal? I have seen so many conflicting posts online saying it’s legal. Or it isn’t legal if they make minimum wage.
