Work “forgetting” to pay me?

I work for this company in an entry level position, the work I do is sporadic so I’ll get hired by this company for a job lasting anywhere from a few days to a month or two. I’m currently studying and in my final project (which involves buying a lot of materials) so I can’t work full time and I’m really counting on my wages coming through for a job I completed about a month ago. Anyway I got my wage slip email the other day. And it said I’d worked zero hours and earned £120 in holiday pay for two weeks of work. This is obviously VERY wrong. I also remember hearing when at work in that period that someone else who was one of my managers, worked full time hours and also received a blank payslip. I’m just wondering if anyone here has experienced this bullshit? I’m getting really annoyed because the last job I did for this company, they had me working for about three weeks before they even gave me the official forms and stuff to make me a proper member of staff?? Also it’s minimum wage which, despite being an entry level job, min wage is not normal at all for this kind of work. I just continue to work at this place bc it’s close to my uni and as a student I’m unable to work full time and therefore am very limited in my options.

I worked in customer service for most of my uni years but I just burnt out and couldn’t handle it anymore. Anyone who’s worked hospitality will know what I mean. Besides, this job, despite issues like the ones mentioned here, is in my industry and every new job I do for them is another line on my very small CV. I just can’t help but wonder if this wage issue is a genuine mistake or if they’re just hoping people won’t argue it.
