By no means am I a lazy worker- pretty hard worker- willing to go the extra mile type dude, but it’s so messed up being paid barely enough to make it out per month and having to work 70+ hours 7days a week for 4 months , because “we are a team” bullshit. Like nobody in the firm does this.
Everybody complains but as soon as you stick your neck out and complain you become a pariah.
Any tips on just not allowing this behavior when you are not top of the hierarchy in the team?
There are the obvious HR channels but as soon as I relax again , i tend to think i am over reacting, just to realize later that I am not.
