Work Injury

Hey guys wanted to ask for some advice . A couple of years ago I worked for the Lowes delivery team and received a back injury when a fridge fell on top of me. (Im really short.) I was encouraged to stay for the rest of the deliveries that day as I was the only helper who could help. I didn’t notice too much pain just a dull ache. Hey guys wanted to ask for some advice . A couple of years ago I worked for the Lowes delivery team and received a back injury when a fridge fell on top of me. (Im really short.) A couple of days later pain hit me full throttle. I couldn’t move for three days. I kept calling in but my manager at the time told me I had to go in. I went in that day and to his surprise my back was in pain and I couldn’t move around appliances (dropped a really expensive dryer that was stacked on a washer) I left Lowes a couple months afterwards due to a better opportunity but ever since then I have periodic back pain. I try to down play pain a lot but it’s so much pain can’t even get off the floor. I remember vaguely signing a waiver where any injury outside of Lowes building is invalid? I just want to know if it’s worth pursuing any legal action. I’ll never be the same I think. Can’t even exercise since the pain comes back. Today is one of the worst days for pain. Please let me know.
